Shipping policy
At Dead On Hunting, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Shipping Times:
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days for Beard Care and 1-5 business days for Clothing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, delivery takes between 1-7 business days for domestic orders within Canada. International orders may take longer, depending on the destination.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and Flat rates based on the dollar amount of the order. Small Box Rate $10 for orders under $75 and Medium Box Rate at $15 for orders over $75.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package every step of the way.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. Please check during checkout to confirm if we deliver to your area.
- P.O. Boxes: Some shipping carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box address, please verify that your location can be serviced.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. However, if your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If there are any issues with the items in your order, please reach out to us immediately at deadonhuntingco@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the matter.
Customs and Import Taxes (for International Orders):
For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
